Shipping Process

If you place your order before 12:00 pm AEST, we will start processing it the same day. We process orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). After that, the order transit time is usually 4-7 business days (Mon-Fri).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your package’s journey directly through our Track Your Order page using this tracking code.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please stay calm. Allow for up to two additional business days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Did you receive your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us at info@linocouture.com with your order number included. We will quickly assist you in resolving the problem. 

Order Cancellation

We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@linocouture.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.
